Mencey Forge assistant

Enable Mencey Forge

An owner or admin can enable and configure the assistant from Settings → Mencey Forge. The available options depend on the workspace plan and configuration.

Ask about the workspace

Open Chat to request a workspace summary, recent leads, or help locating a lead. Forge can use approved workspace tools to retrieve relevant context.

• Find a lead by known details
• Open the matching record
• Summarize recent leads
• Prepare a note or another supported action

Confirm actions

Actions that change workspace data require confirmation. Review the target record and proposed content before approving the action in chat.

Availability

Forge settings show whether the assistant is ready for the active workspace and provide the controls available to workspace administrators.
