Mencey subscription billing

Review the workspace plan, subscription status, checkout, and customer billing portal.

Workspace plan

Settings → Billing shows the active workspace plan, subscription status, product name, and current period information when available.

Checkout and customer portal

Use the checkout flow to start or change a subscription and the customer portal to manage billing details. The workspace status updates after the change is confirmed.

Subscription billing vs. client invoices

Settings → Billing pays for the Mencey workspace. Operations → Finance manages invoices your organization sends to clients. They are separate systems.

Note

Use Finance, not Settings → Billing, to create or manage a client invoice.
