The workspace boundary

A workspace is the operating boundary for an organization. Companies, contacts, leads, messages, projects, documents, invoices, workflows, and preferences belong to that workspace.

Membership and roles

Workspace membership controls entry, while roles control what a person can manage. Owners and admins handle sensitive settings such as invitations and integrations.

Multi-client work

Agencies and multi-company teams can keep each client in a separate workspace so records, branding, domains, integrations, and billing settings do not mix.

• Confirm the workspace before every import or bulk action
• Invite individual accounts instead of sharing a login
• Review memberships when responsibilities change
• Manage integrations only from the intended settings page
